LotRO Currency Consolidation

Latest developer diary post on Lord of the Rings Online website revealed the Currency Consolidation that is being planned. According to the new Currency Consolidation, a wide variety of special marks in different instances are being collapsed into three.

If you play LotRO, you know about the different special marks in each different instance. In orde to resolve this little problem, developers are reshaping the currency system, collapsing tens of different special marks into three main currencies.

The goals are listed as:

Goals

1)Unify the wide variety of marks awarded in Skirmish and Scaled Instances
2)Create a continuum between Skirmish, Scaled and endgame reward systems
3)Enhance the offers at the Skirmish vendors

The three new currencies are named "The Marks", "The Medallions" and "The Seals". Seals are the top end, rarest currency.
