Ingress: New MMO by Google

Who saw it coming? We didn't. Google introduced its new MMO game to the world yesterday. And if you haven't seen it, we got the debut trailer. Ingress is the upcoming Sci-Fi MMO from Google. The game features the secret Niantic project being discovered by a group called Resistance. Players will try and find these energy points first and stop Niantic labs from using Ingress as a weapon. Ingress: Google's MMO is a Sci-Fi

Ingress is not a game, it's a weapon; reads the trailer Google just released showcasing its first ever MMO game. From the video, Ingress is the secret project of Niantic Labs. The project was announced to be a research on energy points that affect people and events. Obviously, the Scientific project wasn't so Scientific after all as Niantic started to use Ingress as a weapon to hack people's minds.

But the Resistance group knew there was something wrong with the world and Niantic Labs. Who is going to win the ultimate battle? Will Niantic Labs use Ingress to hack people's minds, as the deadliest weapon ever, or will the Resistance be able to stop Niantic Labs? In other words, there will be two factions for players to choose. We'll find out soon in Google's new MMO: Ingress which is accepting Beta sign-ups here. The game will initially be available on Android first.
