Allods' Autumn Update Is Now Live
While the other MMO's are all getting Halloween events, it's a nice little surprise (not really) that gPotato is releasing Autumn Update today. The new content update adds a new skirmish "Summerhold" to Allods Online. In Summerhold, 12 players will use four vehicles (such as the Type 59 ST tank) to try and stop a giant gollem who destroys supply chests. This means two things. It won't be easy and the quicker they stop this gollem, the more chests they will save and the more rewards they will receive. So it's not a battle against this enormous gollem but it's a battle against time as well. Rewards range from vanity items to experience points and medals.
Another new feature that comes with Allods Online's Autumn Update today is the new Crafting Professions System. With the new crafting system; Blacksmithing merges with mining, while both leatherworking and tailoring will utilize dissembling. Crafting further improves with the updated interface, tool upgrades, and the simplified level progression, as well as the ability to find patterns for gear to create and upgrade.
Finally the in-game footie action -which is incredibly entertaining- the Goblinball has been revamped. The new version of the mini-game adds kicking, charging and blocking of the goblinball while it becomes available to players of all levels. Allods Online's Autumn Update is now available.
